Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Product-Specific Shipping: Some items may have different shipping timeframes due to availability or special handling requirements. When applicable, specific shipping times will be clearly displayed on the individual product page and will override our standard policy.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Culivra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:
- Order confirmation email immediately
- Shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package is dispatched
- Tracking updates throughout the delivery process
International Shipping & Customs
Import Duties & Taxes: All international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
Customs Documentation: We provide all necessary customs documentation to ensure smooth processing of your international shipment.
Customs Delays: Culivra is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local delivery services in destination countries.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Culivra is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery date. Culivra will work with shipping carriers to resolve claims but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Product-Specific Returns: Certain items may have different return policies due to safety, hygiene, or technical reasons. When applicable, specific return terms will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by VoltloV.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Return authorization must be obtained before shipping items back.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee: Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring safe and timely delivery of your eco-tech products.
Prohibited Items
Certain items may be restricted or prohibited for shipping to specific locations due to local regulations, carrier restrictions, or safety concerns. Culivra reserves the right to cancel orders containing prohibited items.
Limitation of Liability
Culivra’s liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the purchase price of the affected items. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Force Majeure
Culivra is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseeable events.
Governing Law & Disputes
This shipping policy is governed by the laws of New Mexico, US. Any disputes arising from shipping or delivery issues will be resolved through binding arbitration in Canada.

Culivra reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
