Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

Returnable Items:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Unused items in original condition
- Items with manufacturer defects or shipping damage
- Products that can be safely resold
- Returnable items only
Non-Returnable Items:
- Safety & Health: Items that cannot be safely resold for health or safety reasons
- Digital Products: Downloadable software, digital content, or activation codes
- Customized Items: Personalized or specially ordered products
- Damaged by Customer: Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or customer error
- Gift Cards: All gift cards and store credit
- Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous or flammable
Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return Step 2: Receive return authorization (required before shipping) Step 3: Package item securely in original packaging Step 4: Ship to our return address (provided with authorization)
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Culivra.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use or missing original packaging
- Products returned without all accessories, manuals, or components
- Items damaged or missing parts due to customer error
Refund Processing
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirmation and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless item was defective or incorrectly shipped).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take 5-10 business days)
- Contact your bank (additional processing time may apply)
- If still no refund after following these steps, contact us immediately
Sale Items & Promotions
- Regular priced items: Eligible for full refund
- Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Clearance items: Marked as final sale – no returns accepted
- Bundle deals: Must return complete bundle for full refund
Return Shipping
Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by customer unless:
- Item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item was shipped by Culivra
- Product differs significantly from description
Exchanges
We currently process refunds only. For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item following our standard return process.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Items must clear customs successfully to be processed.
